Tuttorial to put Vehicles in non vehicle maps

This is a tut to put a warthog in hang em high.
Step 1: Back up your hang em high.map
Step 2: Open up hang em high in Hex editor or HMTv3.0
Step 3: (For Hex Editor)Go to offset 007619F8 and replace C42D4D40 with 2C728240.
Step 4 (For HMT) Simply swap Flag base for warthog.
Step 5: Save and play!
ITS THAT SIMPLE!

i dont think it deserve a sticky like u sed in the alst one
too many stickys and people need to start using the search and they will find this

Ok, 1 problem with the tutorial... in Sparkedit, the flag bases still show up as *GASP* flag bases! Any way to make them be displayed as Warthogs?

Well, download HMT 3.0 and then mod. There is prolly a way, it just not posted yet..........

That is the 1 thing with swaping. They don't show up as the thing u swaped them for in SE. But I can live with that just fine.

no, sorry. SE reads the actual objects from the PC model list, not the unit list. there's no way to do it

i dont think sum1 should sticky that because everyone just looks at the title of the topic and goes in if they need it and no1 will need to know how to be yelled at for not using
