Applying PPF: Error features an unknown encoding method

I get this error whenever i put a ppf in ppf-o-matic in ppf-file.
What is the problem?

use halo patch instead, it is simpler and you can apply multiple ppf's at the same time.
or this happenned...

this could have happened, when i got the wraith in bg mod i tried 2 unzip but the same thing happenned. i think it was 'cause the wraith in bg mod was made on a mac. that may or may not be your problem
