i was wondering is the a way to import items like a sheild or some object (not a vehicle or person) would i have to PMI? or change the tags someone plz help me

yeah you have to PMI it. After all it is scnery, which you must PMI.

for future reference sourpatch, if you want anything in the map that was not there before AND it has a model, you have to PMI it. If it doesnt have a model all you have to do is rebuild the map, which is much simplier then PMI.
