Mod Help for HaloPC

I am currently working on a HangemHigh Mod, which is my first. So far I've got skins for the rocket Launcher, the flags <Which isn't my skin>, Sniper skin/ and sniper contrail skin, Plasma Pistol Skin < Haven't added it to the map yet>, and a skin for the pistol. Most of the weapons are automatic, and the plasma grenade spawns MC clones, Frag is super strong. All The spawn points are in one place but once in a great while you will spawn outside the map , which is an accident. So I need someone to import some things into the map and maybe fix the spawn problem for me, I can't seem to find the spawn. I will discuss what I want added to the map with anyone thats willing to help me out. I will be on Msn, My Sn is [email protected], I will send my bitmap.map, and my Hangemhigh.map
