Marines.
This is not simple, but not difficult. You need to PMI, thats Perfect Model Inject, the Marine meta & model into any MP map. I can't remember the exact link to the PMI tutorial, so I'll check my bookmarks.

That should be it. After following that tutorial, you must go into either HMT or HHT. With HHT, go to Cyborg_MP in the bipd tag, and look to the right for the list of dependancys. Click on the top one, and go all the way to the bottom of the the list and farther, into the depency swapper area thingy. Yes, that's the technical term. You should see a drop-list box. Use it to search for the Marine_Armored thing, and click on it. If I'm not mistaken, there's also a Swap button. Click that once you've selected the Marine_Armored thing, and the model will be swapped. Then do that for the next two dependancys, and test it out. If you can't crouch, then my tutorial is flawed, and requires me to beat the heck out of it for being flawed.
Anyway, head back into HHT and swap the second one you swapped back for the Cyborg. Now go and test out the map. If you can crouch, kill yourself. If the model looks weird, my tutorial is even more flawed, and I need to have someone help me beat the heck out of it for being flawed. I've not found a remedy for this yet.
For HMT, go into the map and select the bipd tag. Find the Cyborg_MP thing and go look above the selection area, and find the button near the very top that should have something to do with swapping. Click it. Once done, a new menu should pop up where the button was. Find the Marine_Armored thing, and select it. It should auto-swap. If it doesn't, there should be a button. Y'know what? I'm opening HMT, hold on a second...
Right, hit the swap button and look for the Marine. Click on it, and then hit Save. Now test your map. Kill yourself, it's easier than walking to a vehicle. If you're a Marine, congrats, you swapped a model. If not, I screwed something up.
