Wartshee from FTC?

Is it possible to make a wartshee, like the one seen in FTC? I guess someone would have to make a skin for the warthog. The wartshee has smaller, stubby wings that replace the wheels, and sort of hovers across the ground, but can fly too. Thanks.

I have no idea what FTC is, but you can edit the Warthog model in
Milkshape and edit the physics and other Attributes in HMT / HHT to
achieve this without much trouble.

EDIT* check the Halo PC forum over in FIles, there may be one or two
you can just download and inject into your map.
