Does any one know how to change the rof (rate of fire)?

This is makin me mad I have looked through the offsets a milloin times and i cant find the stupid rate of fire. Also i cant get the shotgun to shoot 30 instead of 15. Someone help me out here.

Don't spam. Just take meta offset and add af2. Then change 0F to FF. And ROF is programmed in game. You can't change, sorry.

To make it so your shotgun shoots 30 instead of 15, go to the meta for the shotgun (look at an offset list and find the meta for the shotgun under WEAPONS). Now that you have that meta offset, add AF2 to it. When you do that it will give you another offset, go there. The beginning of the offset should start with a 0F. If you don't know about Hex, then 0F is 15 in Hex, since you don't really need that zero at the beginning. Now you want to make it so it only shoots 30 right? So what you do is open up your windows calculator, go to view, scientific, then while you're in DECIMAL type the number of pellets you want it to shoot (so type 30 in). Now change it to Hex. The calculator automatically converts it to Hex, and that is 1E. So if you want it to shoot 30 pellets, change it to 1E. If you were to change it to FF, it would shoot 255.

You told him how to find the offset and change it so it will shoot 255. He wanted to know how to make it shoot 30. Also how do you expect people to understand anything if you don't explain to them why they do what they have to do?
