Whenever I see the Nuke Launcher I crash. No, it's not a crash to windows. It's a full restart.
Please help me, I installed all the files, too!

ha i somewhat feel your pain. i restart almost everytime i change to my pistol. i cant even play the library for 20 seconds without it restarting. my guess is u have a ATI graphics card. i have a 9600 all in wonder and it restarts practically every 3 seconds. anyway yea, my guess is its your graphics card. if u have one of the ATI cards that are gay like mine, then there is no fix.

I don't think it's my card. I have a GeForce FX 5200 with all updates & drivers. I can play the level fine. It's just the nuke that crashes me.
Was it modeled or something?
EDIT: Heh. I was putting the .PFF files into the library when they should of gone into bitmaps.map, sound.map, and ui.map.

Dumb question, but where is the nuke launcher? I've been curious to play with it.

Make sure you apply the ppf patch to sounds.map. You have to join a server that is running the library map also.
And btw, it does not work for Macintosh for those that are having that problem. Mono says he is looking into it.

ok this is my quess at what the prob is the prob is ...... lets look at the instructions
"*** Note - your map will not load without applying the bitmaps patch, and without the
sounds patch applied, HALO WILL CRASH THE SECOND THE NUKE IS LAUNCHED. These patches do
not replace any existing textures or sounds, but rather *add* new resources to the end
of the files. Applying the ppf patches will in no way affect existing textures and
sounds."
i capitalized it for ya. if that doesnt work then your screwed ;-)

Just figured it out. I'm good at things after I stare at them for a while.
