Hey i just started gettin into Hex Editing and all that and i was wondering if there is some sort of Meta list of the values that can be reassigned..

Like to make the master Chief run faster and change the physical charachteristics of hogs like weight and speed??

well, please try to do a search for these kind of things in the forum.
go here and download this tool. http://halomods.com/downloads/pafiledb. ... ile&id=122
u will also need the windows .net framework 1.1
do a google search on that one, or look in the readme from HMT3 to find an adress. open your map file, and edit what you want.
