Map rebuilding (no bullshiz)

okay, I did the "how to rebuild a map" tutorial form the tutorials section on the main site. The problem is when I rebuild the map, the rebuilt map is 8 megs instead of BGs normal size of 14. When I try to open the rebuilt map in HMT nothing appears. Can anyone help?

don't spam the boards with multiple threads about the same thing!! I just followed that same tut and I had the sentinal weapon in fine!

In fact I even wrote out on the wall the word noob lol...but I couldn't be bothered sticking it into a graphics editor and re-exporting it to gif/jpg

because u forgot to rebuild some of the meta data.

Okay I checked it and I don't see anything wrong. I follow the tutorial to the letter. BG rebuild is still only 8 megs...Someone plz help! How do I take a screenshot of my maprebuild screen so that you can see it?

Okay, I did the tutorial for the seventh time and it worked this time. Don't ask me what I did wrong cause I don't know.

As said before, you are not including some of the meta. You do know there is an edit button also. That way you don't have to double post or anything.
