Which program, besides photoshop and paintshop, allows .dds?

or is there a plugin for paint.net?

the new paint.net (form like v3.04) dont need plugins for opening .dds as they are integrated already.

I'm pretty sure there's some way to open dds's in paint. Also you can use DXTBmp to edit DDS's without any plugins at all.

There's no plug-in for any other program than photoshop that I know of, but there is a converter that will convert dds to readable formats and back.
