PAL conversion of xorange's panels mod

The panel replaces the "tree_leafy_fallentrunk" in scenery.

Created by alpha112 (requested by c_m77)

Thanks to xorange (panels), monoxidec (HMT), CLuis (HHT) and everyone else on the scene.

Thats because you dont have the English PAL version of the game, but the files included should help you make a German PAL version of the blocks:
1) the meta (from HHT) for the collision model of the block (inject over the tree_leafy_fallentrunk collision model using HHT)
2) the extracted model for it (use HMT to import them over the tree_leafy_fallentrunk model)
3) the bitmap for the block (use HMT to inject it over tree_leafy_stump)

These are for Blood Gulch, probably wont work on any other levels.

*HINT*If only the Americans would release some of their mods with just the basic files instead of PPFs, then we could use them a lot easier.*HINT*

Hi could somebody make a collisions model for the building blocks or give me a good collisions model because i need it to make german pal blocks.
