Hey, just think, what if you could reverse the campaign to have a bunch of Spartans running around and You are a Marine? Sound good?

that has already been freaking done
it was never perfected and there was some bugs but somebody did this like a month before HEK came out

Or what about this:
You're an elite. All the humans are either elites or grunts, depending on what they do. (crewman are grunts, marines are elites/jackals/whatever). Meanwhile, all the convenant are humans.
It would be an interesting twist. Probably difficult, and wouldn't make much sense without a change to the storyline. But it would be cool
.

How bout You are an elite, marines are jackles, hunters are fatties, and grunts are crew men. By "fatties" are fat people.
