anywho.. does anyone no a good website host thats free becuase im trying to make a clan site oh yea it has to be free becuase im a poor bastard
anything will be helpfull thank you.

This isn't the best place to ask but:

freewebs.com - good for page viewing...but almost no features.
hostrocket.com - offered a free package, they still might.
dot.tk - tk sites mask a url if you want.

Many others but use google and search around. Go here and here.

And dedicated servers too, but those cost money, and I dunno if they have halo servers yet.

How hard is it to get somebody to temp host like halocity?
Is it impossible?
Or something?

Fragwhore promises alot and look alright, but yes I would go to the-junkyard.net and halocity to be part of the larger community. However phpbb isn't hard to install on a real host. Or I'm just a phpBB veteran. Heh.

Fragwhore for is good for non-phpbb veterans, like me!

But the only problem is it's low space.. I forget how little it was, I think around 70 mb or something... And if you install a forum, it goes down even more.

geocities is kinda good, but you need to know HTML

Yeh, but you run out of bandwith very fast, they will give u 100 gigs at 125mb.com
