Well seeing as how this is Halomods, normally it wouldn't be appropriate to post news about Halo 2 information. However, I think their needs to be an exception on this one.
Here are eight new Halo 2 in game (I think) screenshots. These are nothing short of amazing... Nov.9 has been stated for Halo 2's official release date. While that is still six months away, a final release date is better then nothing.

multiplayer. Don't believe me? Read Bungie's Halo 2 FAQ. HUMAN vs. COVENANT MP! How cool is that? Also look: Ghosts now have cool purple lights under them, SPARTANs can carry energy swords, when a vehicle is damaged, chunks explode and fall off, human vehicles are destructible, and Elites can kick you out of vehicles as you can them. THANKYOU BUNGIE! THIS HAS FULFILLED MY HALO 2 DREAMS!

Ummm.. i just wonder, is halo2 coming for PC to? i think i read (not sure) that halo 2 was coming for xbox only... k i know that some1 knows, so what is it? xbox & pc or just xbox?

ummm.... im sad..... i want halo 2, on pc! ill guess it will take a year cuzz it will sure come out on Xbox first..... if it wont come out on PC im doomed. and btw this has got 2 be wrong becuzz it says that u maca joined 19 january 2004 and u have 1400++ posts!

I'm gonna buy an X-box and reserve halo2 unless they announce that halo2 for pc will be out within a year of the xbox release

sad news is.............. bungie siad there wont be a halo2 pc. so.......... unless they change there minds and go for the graphics for pcs now it wont be as good as it would be for xbox. so wait a few 500 years abd you might have one.

Oh man, I can't wait for Halo 2 online. I got Xbox Live exclusively to play this game online. YAY!
And yes, you can be Elites, and you can also pick up the Elite Energy Sword. It's a close-range weapon, but it's an instant kill.
