i have 2 questions, and i didnt want u guys to get pissed by makin 2 different topics. if someones already asked these, forgive me. im a noob. so the first one is a poll, but how much do good video cards cost? i just have the one that came with my computer (windows xp) and i always see pics with awesome graphics and i want to get one. now i feel like a noob.

anyway good cards maybe around the $200 mark?

i got a very nice card for 40 bucks (from a freind that was upgrading). the card is awsome with no lag. when you buy a card, make sure that is has plenty of memory. like try to get a 128mb. good video cards don't come cheap though
