It looks dark because its Splinter Cell, that game is about sneaking around in "Dark colors" so the enemys cant see you

Well, even still, all it is is a poorly cut-out figure with a couple of lights sticking out of his forehead. Seriously, the cut job on that is crap. It really looks like crap. Just my opinion...
