halo modding programs

yo i want to know all the halo modding programs (pc and CE). i only have sparkedit, HMT 3.5, HHT, and HEK. anything im missing???? 
HOD (Halo Object Duplicator) is occasionally useful. It's a small app that
speeds up replacing the folder references inside the files when you
duplicate a vehicle or weapon.
So you can have say the ghost and also a ghost 2 with different
properties in the same map. It's in the utilities forum I think.
