HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have searched under the search things so please don't lock it and tell me that I need to loom around, but how do you get model quality, I have an ATI RADEON 9800 PRO, and people have been giving me pictures that show they have the option model quality. They say that they have the ATI RADEON 9200..., also I looked at the microsoft site and they talk about the option, and what it does (it's abvious anyways). One guys just told me that he has the same card as me and has model quality. How do you get it?

model quality? theres no such option.

ah, I just found out, the people who have the option to come up and be available have 1Gb of RAM. I just have 512Mb.
