HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hello Imma noob.... I can't make mods for Halo except maps, and I stink at that anyway. I'm requesting a mod for The Silent Cartographer map in single player. Can anyone please:

-Turn Marines into friendly spartans

If someone can do this, thank you so much.. I just can't figure out HMT.
