Files have nothing to do with bandwidth (essentially). Just make sure no adware or anything is running. The test itself is screwed (most of them are). It gave me above T3 too, and that's just ridiculous. I got around T1 speed while I was torrenting too.

No, my comp has low memory. So my comp slower, slowing down internet. Either that or a file is spyware and ill delete it

bandwidth and memory, or anything like that are totally different. ad-ware will eat up some of ur bandwidth...but theirs ad-aware SE professional (bit torrent ;)

You don't have to bit torrent it, the personal edition works fine, the only thing that the pay version gives you is realtime protection and its not necessary. I don't have the one you have to pay for and all I get is like 9 spyware items per week, and that's after I download stuff.

or you can change the nuumbers on the end of the adress... that changes it...
