I had an idea to ask you guys which version of Halo you like the best. PC OR XBOX? Heres my opinion:
I prefer the PC version because: you can play online anywhere, anytime, simple as pie. Plus, FPS were just meant to be on the PC. However, the one thing lacking from PC is easy to use microphone use. Many a times have I been type killed by a n00b and then he bragged.....a lot. Overall, PC has better graphics (dont lie guys, even 800*600 is better than XBOX's....) and better gameplay. PLUS: CE!!!!!!! What better than that!?

yea, good points, but i love pc because you can play online, but i like xbox because they have better graphics than my computer has, (Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420, it sucks) and i like how in xbox theyre are no fuel rods or flamethrowers in any level

xbox has smoother controls and i like it much better but pc can access new levels and shit plus its easy to mod.xbox is hard and expensive to mod but it also kinda sucks because the only way to get a 16 person game is with four boxes

too true hitman, but the xbox aint hard to mod! its rather easy. that is if your doing the non-complicated stuff, i leave that to people like jimmsta and etc. but xbox all the way for me

i like PC and Xbox just about the same, but i like the PC's portability, as i have a Laptop... and the fact of the moddability...
xboxes are sweet for parties and crap like that, cuz you can have a lot of fun in one room, so u dont lag...

My gfx suck balls, but it's so much more precise for aiming, it has all that new stuff and it's generally more fun. PC rocks.

Xbox alone should be able to beat every system out there.

What 800x600 sucks? I know it sucks for the start menu(takes up the whole screen) but for games? I have it set to 800x600 cuz when i tell my monitor to do 1280x768(you know what i mean, that might be right)
Everythings little then when i start halo the screens all off center
and that goes for any game. I have a 13in. monitor and my moms got a 17in. lcd and set to 1280x768 the screen never moves....

xbox times 100, pc sucks(no offense) but box came first and pc is just laggy unless u have lots of money for good comp... For BOX, all u need is xbc and some friends, on pc there are too many cocks, yeah i said it, COCKS

Let's see, on my PC, I can't play Halo on my 60 inch HDTV.
The Xbox controls are better.
You can do 4 person multiplayer on one machine, and 16 ppl all in one location ,and no lag! (unless there's too much scenery)
XBConnect!
Halo Cache Editor! (the other HCE)
Awesome surround sound system
Plus with Xbox it is more of a challenge to mod, so you feel like you've accomplished more

well said, and yes XBC is the shite, its free and easy, very quick... Also, to have good graphics or graphics that even compare to xbox, u need to spend lots of money

So basically it all comes down to money. When you get the xbox and halo, your all set. No more work, unless you mod that is.

PC. I got used to online PC gaming by playing the Delta Force series and after the added features in the PC version of Halo I got hooked again.

i like the pc version better:
easier to aim
easy to mod
and plus, i can hook up my comp to a tv, so i get a big screen too
combined with a wireless keyboard and mouse, it kicks ass. i have an okay graphics card, so PC FOR LIFE, BABY!!!

That's tough. On PC, the AI is a bit better, and you can play online, and you can download new levels, and it's easier to control, but with me, the PC version lagged majorly in the Campaign. Also, the PC version killed my computer. The Xbox version has better graphics, and was out like, a year before the PC version. I think the PC version is better.

i like both but ide have to say xbox. because know we have xbconnect for it to play online.
