this is my first app EVER! i JUST learned vb, er, i should say, i AM learning vb. this app doesnt really serve much of a purpose, but if u wanna customize hce's colors and whatnot, check this out. very easy to use, even for u n00bs!!! lol

in case ur wondering - ive talked to xbox war3z and a new release of HCE should be coming out shortly! i dunno about u guys but i cant wait!!!

for those of us whose internet connections are slow for various reason.. and optimization of stuff and very large dl;s can you just explian it please? and im very glad ur learning, too bad it wont be of much use in too long... (not that is for you, but generally for everyone.. you will learn of it in time)
