Halo Modding Question

Hey,

I was just wondering if you can edit your profile in multiplayer halo for xbox so that your guy is better then the other players. Can you edit your weapons so they have more fire power than other people in multiplayer.

The only way to do this is be tricky, like a gun that is not in that level would be shot out of a gun that nobody uses and then u pick up that gun and that gun would shoot tank rounds or something...

..Um...understandable??
For example:
Say that your making this mod for bloodgulch and barely any body uses the plazma rifle and if you have the right settings there will not a Plazma Pistol in the level so make Plazma Rifles shoot out Plazma Pistols and lets say U make the charge version of the plazma pistol will shoot tank rounds. whew that was tiring.
