HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Alright, I am sure all of you guys know that Halo for the xbox on XBC either gives you, the Outa-Sync error, or the Game Ends in a draw. I was wondering if any of you guys have found a way around this to be able to play with the trainer hacks online. I would really appreciate it if you gave me any information. Thanks Alot.

Nope the same thing happens to me when i try to use the czn trainer over LAN or internet. The only way to do it is if both th systems have the same stuff on them. But you can edit levels to your advantage if you are hosting because it only changes for you and not them.

What do you mean? If the games are different at all, they will go out of sync, right? How come u said if ur hosting it makes a difference?

Ok heres an example. If you make map changes to your xbox only and you host those changes will only show up on your xbox and you shouldn't get an outa-sync error when you play. So in that aspect you can cheat. But when you try to use a trainer it realizes it and breaks off the connection. So if you wwant to cheat just edit some of the weapons and physics stuff and maybe the warthog expolding mod, then kill your friends and they'll ask you how the hell did you get so good. haha
