Changing maps in single player mode? how to? HELP

how can i change the map in campaign mode, which map file is it in the cache? when i open cache000.map in HMT 3 it says "not a valid map file" how do i open the single player maps to edit it for regular campaign mode? i want to make the AR fire rockets. thanks for any help whoever can help

yes i know how to do everything, i just only can do it for the multiplayer maps, or the ones in cache003.map, i have done many dif mods for blood gulch and sidewinder, i just wanna know if i can do that same thing for the single player game and play with those mods working. thanks for the reply

well changing campaign maps is just the same thing as changing mp maps. same procedure and all.

well heres a list of em
cache000
cache001 these two are for single player levels
cache002 is some UI thing i dont know
cache0003 - 005 are multiplayer games
an easy way to find out what they are is to install HCEv7(halo cache editor) on to your xbox. then load sayy sidewinder, and then open up HCE and it will list them in order. first cache being 000 the last cache benig 005

when i try and load up the cache001 and cache000 it says invalid map file, this is with HMT V3, what is up with that? am i doing something wrong

um probably not
have u got NET.framework 1.1?
if so then its something different i dont know of but if you dont and you have windows XP
update it with NET.framework 1.1 then try
and also hmt3 cannot open:
aotcr and the maw.
