How do u get programs on to the xbox. Is there some kind of program that installs it on the xbox for u. I have found the sites to download mods from and i download the mods but it does nothin. I am the definition of noob so break it down for me.

u need an ftp connection to ur xbox through a network. and a modchip...u should have posted this under xbox moding general...
