Exploding weapons...

I making a mod, but before its done i need to know how how to make a weapon explode after its dropped, or atleast be disabled. Anyone know how?

Well, what you may be able to do, is get the model plugin, replace the scenery object for the weapon with a grenade projectile, and inject the gun model into the nade.

that actually sound like it might work.. some 1 try and let me know... exploding weapons would be awesome

What do you mean? weapons that explode when you try to pick'em up? Or weapons that explode when you drop'em or die (like those fuel-rod grunts)

Explode upon drop, I switched the grenade equipment with the projectile to see if that would work, but when i died, then there were no grenades dropped

im not sure but there is a "trigger lock when dropped" check box in HMT
that wont make it explode, but it will make it unusable ( i think)
its more or less a guess unfortunately
