PAL maps

Please could some people convert the Halo PC library mp map to a pal xbox map, or at least tell me how i can, it must be possible, cos i'd love to convert the silent cartographer to a multiplayer map. Also, can more people convert ntsc maps to pal maps, cos i am one of the unfortunate ones whose missing out on lots of amazing mods....
