HELP with mod/playing sys link on XBC

Ok...i am not a noob first off

I have a modded box. and I am using halo cache editor to mod halo

and it works all well and good on single player...but when I try to play

SYSTEM LINK on xbox connect with my modded levels, it never works

Now I know it can be done because, as the case probably is with many others, I get shot once with a pistol from across the arena and boom ...Dead, even with full health and shields.

My question is can anyone help me so that I can play system link with the mods on the levels?

if you want to play system link... you NEED to put the mods on all of the systems, i dont know any other way that ive seen it work

the only mods that you can do without having it on all systems is by putting only only texture and zoom mods.

Thanks dude for your help but I dont have the other boxes, so I cant put mods on them...they are other people that are complete strangers to me ...we are not talking about a LAN party or anything

Do u play on xbconnect or xbox live.

And I know you can put other mods on beside tex mods or zoom because it takes me like 20 hits with my pistol to kill a dude that I just hit with a grenade.

so if you or anyone else can provide a little more info I would very much appreciate it.....

first off.... quit halo, second..... u r the epitome of a n00b in halo if u cant do tsk's (three shot kills for the n00bz out there and if u hit them with a nade it only takes 1 shot). And he was right, u can only do zoom and texture mods or else the boxes go out of synch. And i also think he knew the poeple were strangers but that doesn't mean u couldn't of sent them the same moded file. Basically if u wanna mod online both boxes have to have the same exact mod. Got it? Good. Oh and another thing, maybe the reason why you suck is because u dont know how to play with lag. You have to estimate and aim ahead because of delay. Words of wisdom from a guy who's team just came top 10 in the world at halonationals this past weekend

Do textures=skins?
Also, if the modded texture xbox is the host then only the host will have the new textures?
