SmartFTP help

I cannot connect to my xbox, with SmartFTP. I type in the IP, the username and the password. But it cannot find my xbox. Everything is connected fine because I can play XBC. The IP is in white letters in the top right hand corner with a little picture next to it: 10.190.51.189. The password is 'xbox'. The only thing I'm unsure about is the username. I've been told it's xbox, but I haven't found the username anywhere.

Please help.
