Help getting modded maps to work on my xbox PLEASE

Ok i got halo burned on the hd. I ftp into the xbox and i see all the map files. And i have a few downloaded with hacks. When I unrare those all i get is a map file. I have one i downloaded with all the hacks and stuff, and its called bloodgultch.map so i was guessing i put thatone in the xbox and over write the original with the hacked one. But when i load it its the same. What am i missing? Something with ppf-omatic or somthing? THanks

Delete your cache files

ok ill try that. when do you have to use that ppf thing and sighn it or somthing like that...?

You only sign Halo 2 maps. If you somehow manage to sign a Halo 1 map, it won't work anymore

OK. Well I tried it but didnt have enough room on my hd for the whole halo game but it did copy the mp files and they play fine but then when i erase the catch files and overwrite with the moded map i go to it and it just frezes. guessing its cause the whole game isnt on there?...

I kinda need help with this too, what drive is my cache? I don't want to delete anything important.....
