How do i tranfer filles from xbox to pc and pc to xbox? Can i do it through ethernet cables if so what software do i need?

On this site it is completely about modding Halo your xbox. But i don't think Hivemind knows you NEED to FTP. That's how you download/upload cache files, and your other modded files.
