can the covenant AI be put into your multiplayer maps instead of having the stupid AI of the cyborgs, if so how?

The "stupid AI of the cyborgs" is the covenant AI, it just doesnt work too well in MP.

Speaking of AI. is there any way to make them act like legendary, but when it's on easy? I enjoy rampaging on easy to test mods, and a new one makes elite into cyborgs, but I want to give them a fair chance against the flood.
