Importing AI, EXCEPTION, what am I doing wrong?

Hey, I tried importing ai into the map (just the ai, not the bipd itself) and i keep getting an exception. I used that one guy's tutorial (the guy who start's with a d) and still got an exception. I think i did everything that the tutorial asked me to do, but something is wrong.
Here are the exact steps that I do:
Batch extract BG (I clicked yes to Extract Bsp)
Recursive save meta of the elite major needler actv
Copy all the contents of the elite major needler actv folder
Paste it into the BG Batch
Go to rebuild log
Add elite major needler.actv.meta
Rebuild the map
Open the rebuilt map in HHT
On the ghost vehicle, swap the 'nulled out' actv dependency for the elite major needler actv dependency
In HMT, swap the elite meta for the cyborg meta (non multiplayer)
I then start the game and get an exception. Any help would be nice, thx halomods!
This is only a test, and if i get it working, i plan on making a multiplayer map, and the tutorial said something about replacing the gun turret's actv for the elite's actv so that other people (not only the host) can kill the bots. I don't quite understand this. By doing that, will the bots not be able to move? Would it be possible to make the bots move and for other people to kill them as well?
