this isnt about modding. its about a cool program I found called Amp II Game Design System. I thought we you guys might like to use it to make your own HALO 3D GAME!!!! I havent finished downloading it yet, but these screenshots of made games with it convinced me!! if your interested here is the download link

you will prob have to get a new DirectX9 card, like the geforce FX series.
