The flashlight should be rounder and you need to fix the smoothing groups as well. The flashlight right now looks like a chamfered box.

e: I don't like the skin. The scratches are bland and don't look like scratches much at all. It also lacks general detail.

The scratches don't fit the skin at all. It kinda looks like a silver brush stroke that was smudged/blurred. Model looks good, but some areas could use some tidying up. Most notably around the barrel.

I don't really like the angle of that render, but the model looks very good from what I can tell.

Decent model, good job on it.

As for the skin, the scratches look like scuff marks on leather. Make them thinner, more defined.

Scratches still look like scuff marks. You need to define them more, make them thinner, etc. Right now they look like blobs of great.

fix those ugly hard edges on the thumb hole of the grip. decent model over all otherwise. as for the skin, start over completely. it's really pretty gross and doesn't define any materials in any way. it's like scuffed blocks of black, white and gray. please learn how to render. fill up the view and render at least 800x600...

Get a better angle, too, right now I can't see anything at all. Though, it's mostly because of the skin blends with the background.
