Reticle Help Plz

Reticle Help Plz

hey im tring to skin a new reticle for my shotgun. i open it up in photoshop and finish skinning then save it as a .dds file a dxt 1. then i go to inject it hmt says that it is smaller than the original data and will resize it i click ok then it says the file being injected must be dxt 1. Plz help.

save it as dxt1 1 bit alpha, not no alpha or whatever the other one is.

Save it as 32 bit ARGB.

-_- it is saying... "must be a DXT1" or... THAT'S A DXT1 STUPID! CHANGE IT! ok? get?

How do i change the reticles for my AR and pistol there all in the same picture!!??

i'm getting the same error even though i'm saving it as DXT1 no alpha like i'm supposed to....idk why

haha....now when i tried dxt3.....it said must be dtx2/dtx3.....and then when i tried it it looked like this (rifle)
