HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

What I am trying to do is put the image you see here (it is a square bitmap so please don't mind the edges)..



.. to the small area of polygons here (small area that is darker than the surrounding area).



I tried resizing but it ended up the same way but just a lower resolution.
Also I would like to know how to reverse the bitmap because as you can see the P is backwards and the original bitmap was not like that. So, if you can, please help me with this little dilema.

goto modifier list then uvw map..then goto bitmap fit then use gizmo to resize??

That worked almost too well (didn't even have to resize and was very easily flippable).
