milkshape conversion

srry guys ive been gone a while, but i have a question for you... how do i convert the file type that hmt exports in into ms3d and back again for importing...

y dont you just import it in as an obj and export it out as an obj?

uh... the only problem with that is i dont have a way to remodel it as an obj.

lolz yea i does my verison can import and export them. i cant think of any other way though becuase mose model type convertors dont support making .ms3d files.

yea sorry but um u should try out 3ds its much better in my opinion than milkshape for remodeling and such.

i have the trial but i still dont know how to open obj. files into it

lol just go to open-import- then change the file type to the type that you are importing and then clikc ok. To export do the same thing jsut choose export not import. drr

but i would still like to use milkshape does anyone here know how to do that? i know it can be done, ive seen screenshots of poeple remodeling stuff in milkshape before.

Reaper where can i get maya ive searched googld and found there site but i cant find where to download the program itself only extras to it. I've been seearching forever lol.

omfg... maya is a PROFESSIONAL animation/modeling program, one cannot just go around downloading these. itll cost u a couple thousand us $.... there is a free 'personal learning edition' which sucks because theres an annoying watermark over everything, learn all u want about maya here

Milkshape comes iwth the ability to import .obj's so i dont understand how you cant do it?

mine doesnt for some reason...

EDIT: nvm i got it now, i dont go to open i have to go to import then go to wavefront obj., thanks for the... uh... effort at some help...
