Need simple help

I know this sounds real n00bish and I have tried search after search to find my answer but there was none so I have to ask. When you get a skin .ppf such as the GlassHog I want to try out, what to you patch the .ppf to? I just have HHHT 1.3 and I all can find to patch to are maps. Please help.

NOOB IN DA HOUSE! jus jokin I dont really flame cuz I used to be a big noob.lol. just patch it to the map file. open up the patch and if you wanted it on Blood Gulch you would patch it to your Bloog gulch map. But I would recomend downloading halo map tools 3 and making your own mods. THERE WAY FUNNER
you can find your maps folder in your halo file

Yeah, I know how to use HHHT now. I used to have HMT3 but whenever I tried to do something cool with it, in the game I would get the much-hated Exception message so I deleted it and decided to use other people's mods.
