Help; 3DS Max6 Export (.jms) Application shutdown

I've had a serious problem with trying to get my map exported. I worked on the shaping and dimensions to get everything ready. So far i've put in about 7 hours of work just to the Map without any bases, or other effects (such as starting running water). I was going to do a quick test sample of how I've done so far with map itself, and see how my 'geometry' worked. I've completely followed the written tutorial coming with 'HEK', because I find it alot better than the video one, and its easy to follow. When I separately got the Blitzkrieg exporter for Max 6 (the version 5 one didn't work, and its pretty obvious), I was certain I could get my test sample ready. Every single time I try to export my map it fails, shutting 3DS Max6 down. I looked at all the troubleshooting with the written 'HEK' tutorial, and I know that my reference frame is tied to the level. There is then another variety of things (6 different ones). The ones I'm mainly looking at that may be a problem is having Isolated Vertices, or double faces/edges and whatnot. I have my max 6 save if anyone thinks they can help, but first i'm looking for information on how this can be solved, i've tried everything I could think of, but the end result is it fails. It would help if I knew how to find this ~invalid~ geometry!

That's probably just a mishap, but shouldn't that be 'level is tied to the frame'. Most of the things to mentioned wouldn't prevent exporting a JMS file. So something is probably wrong with 3dsmax. Try deleting the plugin and redownloading it. Make sure all your materials are standard or multisub objects (preferably) at parent level. Most errors like these happen because of that.

I appreciate the help. Yes i misworded it, my 'level is tied to the frame', I apologize ;p. I will try what you mentioned with the plugin, it's just that this isn't my computer, and my computer is not online so if it doesn't work, it will take up to 2 weeks for me to try again. (When I get online here at my grandmothers). All my materials are fine, I checked that by deleting them once and re-applying them correctly. Too bad I didn't have a more effecient way to know if it works.

Make sure you have the frame and level linked correctly. Also try running an STL check on your level and fixing any errors.

When you click on the select by name button it should look like this

frame
level

make sure you dont have them mixed up
