I get the exact same massage, so do about 20 other of my mates, mono has missed something out in the tut i swear. I have tried 3 times and still no luck.
Has anyone succeeded yet?

HunterXI, the great post whore, also has this problem, and another as well.
after I build it, I always get the Seek failed blah blah blah, followed it exactly. another thing is that when I try to correct the model with the model decrappifier, after I select the model, it always says something about a missing indicies file or something... I followed the tut exactly, except I did the 3rd BSP (AotCR\c) instead of the first.

Eh, I was trying to do a30_b.sbsp, but, sure enough, guess who payed a vist! Someone other than Mr. Exception! lol! It's the Mr. Exception of SparkEdit! lol!
BTW, Deadly_Shadow converted it for me, and we're working on it now, but he did it the old way, without using 3.5... and it's able to be opened in Sparkedit too... odd...

You can't have, I did I followed it exactly, and I have no problems...just moved all the spawn points into the conversion and its dandy, just about to swap a piece of scenery for the pelican :D
Just a suggestion, if its looking for an unamed file or something, might it have something to do with the renaming the filename in the xml file part? I dunno if u screw that up it might be referencing a file thats not there, hence the error, dunno...

Yeah thats what I thought afterwards....I just couldnt be assed to edit ma post, but seriously I followed it to the letter and it didn't screw up for me at all.....

Then maybe u have done something wrong, because the tut was scenario based, aotcr > carousel, maybe you missed a principle, something that looks like you needed to do it for aotcr, but havent done it with ur own conversion.
Strip out the parts relevant to aotcr, and put in place something like [insert map you wish to convert here] if you get my meaning, so thats its like a template for all maps instead of just the one in the tut.

i got the same thing for the first two tries. u guys are probably doing something wrong. can u guys add the pelican thing to the decrapper? does it say "no raw soemthing"? it was doing that for me all of the time, then when i treid again, i didn't close that window where the offset things are and it workd fine
