On behalf of the development team for the new look of Halomods, we want to say Welcome!

SourceGuy has been hard at work coming up with a new image for Halomods.
Since he took over, he has recruited some old--and new--hands to help clean up our beloved home. Bringing with it a new front page makeover with custom built designs by SHOUTrvb and coding by Anthony and Phil, a new forum structure and coding by Geo, and an upgrade to phpbb3!

We also introduce to you new forums on modding devices and programs such as the Apple iPhone, iPod, Grand Theft Auto, Crysis, and Source games just to mention a few.
You will also notice the modding gallery and photo gallery rotators, showing off popular, current, and innovative breakthroughs on the forums.
We hope you utilize these upgrades to their fullest and enjoy the new environment to be found here!

We also invite you to drop by our IRC home at irc.halomods.com
Happy modding!

Halomods dev team:
SourceGuy, Geo, Phil, warlord, SHOUTrvb, Anthony, and Ketchup_Bomb

Google ads should not be integrated into the forum posts but be located in some stationary location. By having them in the content itself it is highly distracting and annoying to read a post.
The background color of the forums needs to be changed, right now there are what I will call cells and borders separating the content: there should be a greater contrast in the background and foreground colours so that it is easier to find the post content and separate it from the background.
The 'O' in Halomods in the banner is somehow chopped off.

Firefox adblock?

Unless, of course, you use IE.

Yeah, I'm not sure I like it, mainly because the old Halo Mod look was the original and the one we all grew to love, it was like that when Halo was hot topic and this place was buzzing.

I do like the fact its been revamped, a new life given to it.

Halo Mods got 2.0'd

As a good friend of SourceGuy and an old HaloMods veteran, I'd like to congratulate the whole team behind this. This is definitely a job well done. The forum looks brilliant in a whole new modern form while maintaining the original HaloMods colour theme. Heck, it all looks so good, I'm considering becoming a poster here again. I look forward to seeing this community redevelop and rise from the ashes. :) (No offence intended, but I think it kind of died.) Oh, and finally, even though I doubt he'll read this... Grenadiac, good luck. Thanks for developing such a wonderful community. I wish you and your family the best.

p.s. What's "Wordewatician 500" supposed to mean... that I passed the five hundred post mark?
