I never meant for this to have any "practical application". I only did it so everyone could see the old forum in its original state and view some long lost threads. And if you want to compile it into a phpBB database, be my guest. Plus, Archive.org does not contain nearly as many archived pages.

Because it's not a site announcement, it's an independent project. If any other member made it, it would be in the Misc Downloads board.
