what happened to the "eliteist" section we were promised with the vote in/out system? you know, the one we could go to in order to escape the general nonsense out here?

I believe they changed the name to Xbox before it was launched though.

I think bots can't post, I seen a user named MSN Bot a couple days ago, and its name was in gray, it hasn't made post yet.

There's a difference, between spam-bots, and other bots. >_>

That's called a spider/crawler. It's how sites like Google, MSN, and Yahoo update the information on their search results. It pretty much goes out and looks at a bunch of sites then updates how they'll appear when you search for them, what websites will be higher on the list, etc etc.

I missed where that was "promised" and by whom.

i'm sure i wasn't the only one under the impression that would be implemented. hell, we all wanted it, so why not give us what we want?

The merge has definitely brought a new level of activity to the forums.

Was there a way to tell before the merge?

Nah, it just showed who was online.

Wow... so it finally happened a fix-up could include that the memberlist of the original 'Forums' was imported, because I had to re-register for the Merged-Forums

Um, it was.

His account was probably either [users]MaestroMan or [files]MaestroMan.. I think Iron_Forge is working on the tool to merge the accounts.

i know this is probably a bit harsh, but this is really the wrong thing todo. everyone I have spoken to hates the new forums, and they just dont come on it anymore, to be honest with you I am starting to become like that. There is too much happening and now its lags aswel at its busiest times because of both the users.

Anyway i think this was just some admins and staff that got bored, it didnt need new life, maybe an upgrade of php or something, but definatlly not making it this busy. Any body else agree?

Owel if you can mayve make the skin slightly less cofussing, taking away the amount of flash logos on the posts and stuff (message icons) it makes the forum look less professional than it used to. Shame on you , lol.
