First of all, we have no frickin' clue,
Second of all, even if we knew we probably wouldn't tell you, because the only thing I see you wanting is an emblem, even though you aren't good at skinning. I know that because you asked if they have to be good skins...

Emblems weren't meant to be something you go and say "Oh, I want this emblem, so I'm going to do this. Now I want that emblem, so I am going to do this."

Its like a spree of them. Some people got the second chevron of certain emblems without even getting the first.
