nice idea but id also like to have a halo pc modder embolem i dont mind if i got one stripe on it or 3 but nearly all moy mods are popular so i think i deserve one.

its a modder emblem , not for just a certain halo one

Im about 95% sure it has something to do with Staff. Because admins/jr admins have them, also Veegie has one, and he does the render gallery.

Mouse over the emblems under peoples names, or right click and do properties, look at the Alternate Text. Those are what the pictures are titled.
