Hey, it said that there will b a 'Junior Admin' team on this to straighten things out. it also said that the team was already picked. i dont want specific names, but i want to know:
1.) have the new Junior Admins been notified of their upcomming postition?
2.) will the current Mods be the Junior Admins (and then other people can take a Moderators position)
3.) if number 2 is right, how do u get to be a moder, i think i can do some good moderator-work. but i guess thats not for me to decide who has more power in these forums.

i just wanted to kno, answers will be appreciated.

I personaly dont like it.Cause who ever is chosen will have alot of power.And alot of people will get banned,and topics deleted.I think the modderators now should be the sub-admins(I hate junior),because they know what is expected of them.And know what to do.Where as you pick some members,who are unexpirened.Alot of people will get angry.So the mods should be sub-admins,and you should get more mods.

i agree with that last statement. and most of the rest of that post.

its true that some idiots will b power hungry and delete things cuz they want to. if only more people that knew and followed the rules were here... or more people who will be willing to enforce the rules as they should be.

I personally think that in order to get this place turned around (Don't let it become like Flint, Michigan. Please. XD), the new junior-admins REALLY need to be strict. I hate to disagree with you guys, but power-happy JAs here might actually be a good think. None of them will be slacking, and people will get banned for simple things. Think thats bad? No. Theres people on here who do multiple simple little things, and should be banned for that. Even if you don't do it regularly, think of a temp-ban for you as your warning and cooldown period. Then, come back, and either play nice(r) or else flame, get permabanned, etc.

That'll shape Halomods up really nice, IMO.

i agree with u a little. we do need strict Junior Admins. but! they need to kno when to warn or ban, and when not to. thats why i want to be 1, i cant stand the thought of this site going into the trash.

He said the JA Team was already assembled... chances are they already know who they are...

dude, i bet you $20 i was at least considered for that position, if I get it then I won't have to goto IRC and disturd the current admins to permban leakers and tempban spammers and leakers...

i bet u were considered. i think Junior Admins should be people who have been here for a long time, and kno the rules. u, equinox, would probably make a good Jr. Admin.

i agree. but i havent seen much of Spartan III's posts, but ill take ur word that he should be in. i wonder what the actual list is... and i wonder if its gona be a big group (like moderators) or just a small group (lest than 10)

the problem tho when you add to much power to these forums, it looses its purpose... I mean really good people have already left (new age, demonic, not to mention some of our favorite modders!) now if you add junior admins theres gonna be nothing here but the strict posts, which even more people will start to leave...

Another thing that needs to be taken into consideration is the fact the most of the moderators are inactive. Those inactive moderators should be removed from being a moderator and add active moderators. What use is it if Gren has this really good friend who can mod and do all sorts of wonderful stuff but signs on once ever 2 months. (I am not complaining, and not bragging, just wanted to point out the obvious.)

yes. i like that second paragraph. but there's 1 part that i promised not to respond to, lol. but i agree, we need more active moderators.

exactly if thats the case I will be leaving as well.. there will be no one awesome here no more... and many others already left or are leaving and will be leaving...

Alot of people will be leaving on November 9th.I dont wanna see this place go to the noobs,but when we leave it will happen
