I'm not liking the font very much. The gradient just looks bad.
Fix up the font a bit. You've got a good idea.

It's very tacky.. You'd get some serious web-design props if were will still in mid-90s internet, but I just can't approve considering today's standards. In other words, what JK said. You're getting better though.

The reflection is very unnecessary, especially since several letters in your username are different letters when flipped upside-down. The "N" in that font, for example, looks like a "U" when flipped. Bad font choice to begin with, but the reflection shouldn't be there.

For the signature as a whole: Not necessarily a bad concept, but the execution is quite poor. An all-white background certainly wasn't the way to go.

Yeah, the letter reflection wasn't the right way to go, and reads like DIAWOUDBUCKK PO.
The Alien head's shadowing and reflections contrast a bit, and I don't know why you made the shadow a negative, it just reads weird.

Where is the render's right shoulder? I like it except for the render in general, but something needs to be there. Maybe a different render? If you moved the background to fit the rule of thirds you could get away without one.

Also, use .png

Yeah, the entire sig seems very empty, and I don't really see the necessity of the big white boxes going across the entire thing. You've got to do a bit more with the space given.

You should definitely change the render so that doesn't look weird.

Another thing I've noticed is you're using pretty big boarders. Try to keep them smaller, 1px is the standard.
